Terms of Use

These terms cover KaiCircuit n8n's email automation app, its demonstrations and these information pages. They do not create a paid subscription or replace a separately agreed customer service contract.

Authorized use

Only an authorized account holder may connect a Google account or approve access to it. Do not use the app to gain unauthorized access, impersonate someone, send unwanted messages or interfere with the service.

For a demonstration, use your own email address and fictional sample details. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive customer records. A demonstration is an example of the workflow; it does not book an appointment or confirm a price.

Automated information and availability

Automated messages, classifications, summaries and suggested actions can contain errors or omissions. Confirm service information and commitments by emailing aibizno1@gmail.com before relying on them. Do not use the app for emergencies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KaiCircuit is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on an incorrect automated response. This does not exclude any responsibility or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Email delivery and automation availability depend on connected services and are not guaranteed. KaiCircuit may limit or suspend access to address misuse, security issues or service changes.

Our materials and brand

KaiCircuit retains its rights in its original protected text, graphics, logo and code. Do not copy, reproduce or redistribute those materials without permission, except where applicable law or an applicable license permits it. Do not use KaiCircuit's name or branding to impersonate the business or suggest an unauthorized endorsement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how this app handles information. These terms preserve rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
