KaiCircuit builds automation for service businesses. KaiCircuit n8n is our app for operating authorized business email workflows.

What the app does

• Sends requested email demonstration results and business enquiry notifications.
• Applies your selected email privacy mode before using OpenAI to classify eligible messages, summarize them and suggest a next action for the operator.
• Sends internal alerts, owner approval requests and business reports, and reads the owner's approval replies.

Choose All emails, Business filter or Approved only before inbox automation is enabled. The monitor sends eligible, reduced email text to OpenAI; uncertain messages are held for manual review. It does not send attachments to AI, delete messages or automatically reply to the original sender. Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved and how it is handled.

Who connects a Google account?

KaiCircuit operates the Google connection for its authorized business mailbox. Visitors requesting an email demonstration do not connect their own Google accounts. A demonstration uses the supplied email address, sample message and selected language to send a prepared result; it does not book an appointment or confirm a service price.
